I just found out that i got charged multiple time amount of 35.80$ from the website my perfect resume.at the day of registration i did unsubscribe my account but i think it didnt work. i checked my email every time but i didnt get any email regarding my subscription, man i was paying 35.80$ and your not sendimg me at least a welcome or a daily support of how to improve my resume. You just keep charging me for nothing. now after i called them thay told me they gonna send me just one month back. They dont even send a cancellation number to my email. If your going to make money that way its not fair your dealing with just some students.

There are instances that auto emails can get picked up as spam or junk mail by mistake.

I did not authorized for that and do not want a professional to help with nothing bit build my reume like i done for $2.95.

I think half the reason people have issues with YOUR company, or other companies is because they don't know how to read, or choose not to read the rules, terms, conditions, ect. If her resume reflects her terrible spelling and grammar she will never get a job, as it makes her appear she did not make it past the fifth grade.

To the OP, notice I used the term YOUR company when addressing Anna, that means that I do not work for the company. But you OP are an ungrateful brat. Your money was refunded, and due to your lack of reading they did not have to refund your money.

You should be thanking Anna as dontbeatwat said and not bashing others on this site whom you THINK work for this company just because they told you the truth, that obviously hurt your feelings. It may have hurt your feelings but it is the truth.

Firstly, the fine print clearly indicates that there is an additional charge. The $2.95 is an extremely reasonable price, but also take into consideration a few fun facts!

1.

That $19.00 charge is a bargain for the amount of work someone who employs grammar beyond that of "I did not authorized for that and do not want a professional to help with nothing bit build my reume like i done for $2.95." The massive amount of time that individual or team would need to invest to make you appear like a viable candidate for anyone other than Denny's is valued well beyond $19.00.

And, of course, the silver lining here is that Denny's is always hiring!

3. Typically speaking, that doesn't require a resume!

First, your lack of professionalism towards a customer is appalling. I cannot believe your company would allow and/or permit such an arrogant public response.

Shame on you! It seems you would be more concerned with attracting new clients and protecting the image of your company rather than trying to humiliate someone that used your site, paid the fee and the HIDDEN fees that you do cleverly disguise.

I had an account with you, but this type of behavior is not one that I will support professionally. I will be canceling my contract today.

If her resume reflects the terrible spelling and grammar she used in writing the review she will never get a job. Then again there are child labor laws and if she is the age she acts they would not be legally allowed to hire her anyway.

PS I think 90 percent of the people posting on this site are having issues because they don't know how to read, this includes fine print, or return policies ect. If they knew how to read they would know the rules and charges beforehand. Perhaps the OP needs to get mommy or daddy to read the terms to her before she submitted her resume?

My Perfect Resume - Account created...Paid...cannot be found ANYWHERE!

In trying to create my perfect resume I fell for the Ruse...MyPerfectResume.com! I created my FREE resume (over an hour) only to arrive at the page for Download or e-mail and was presented with a payment screen.

The only way to access my now perfect resume is to pay the $2.95 for 14 day access!!!! UGH...fine I NEED my Resume.

Created my account, paid the $2.95 and expected to have 14 days access to do as I wish.

My ACCOUNT cannot be found anywhere!!!

No matter what e-mail I use! I sent an e-mail to Customer Support: Expect a response within 24 hours!

Still no response and still no Resume!!! I'm furious because this is hindering my ability to get a JOB & wasting what money I do have!!!!

Forty dollars a month for a resume??

I google free resumes and this page was there so I started to put all my info then a charge of $1.00 automatically and the next day of $1.95 and 2 wks later $35.80 was charged on my account. These fees are just, what can I say??? Now trying to cancel, forget about getting my money back. Please read every single letter in all "free" websites, they just want to make money. Why somebody with no mental problems will allow to charge monthly 35.80 for a resume??? Stay away from them and try to find real free ones.

Got completely screwed over

Billing is extremely deceptive and misleading. The advertising says the service is free, which seems fair enough, most CV templates are free. Then after I finished my CV I realise I had to pay to access it. Which is misleading right there. Then I did not realise they had a rolling subscription and ended up paying $100 for 6 weeks membership during which I did not even use their CVs because they are ***. I showed the CV to several friends and a career adviser and they said that the format was terrible. This I paid $100 for something I could have got for free, and it was not even any good.
