Why say for free but charge at the end.. I had an emergency situation and a friend told me to log on to my perfect résumé and I would be able to download a for free. I didn't have any access to credit card or prepaid card at the moment , this site should be in more detail to let the potential viewer/ user know there is a trail fee at the end of completing the resume. Not only that why does a person have to type 100 words for you to understand you are simply not advertising in a manner that confused people

The ability to print, email, or download your resume and cover letters are features included in our paid subscription and not listed as a feature of the free account. You can download a plain text version of your resume for free.

I just found out that i got charged multiple time amount of 35.80$ from the website my perfect resume.at the day of registration i did unsubscribe my account but i think it didnt work. i checked my email every time but i didnt get any email regarding my subscription, man i was paying 35.80$ and your not sendimg me at least a welcome or a daily support of how to improve my resume. You just keep charging me for nothing. now after i called them thay told me they gonna send me just one month back. They dont even send a cancellation number to my email. If your going to make money that way its not fair your dealing with just some students.

I’m very sorry that you have had this experience with our service. We send payment confirmation email after purchase which states the date and amount of auto-renewal, and if the subscription has been successfully cancelled we also send an email indicating the cancellation number.

There are instances that auto emails can get picked up as spam or junk mail by mistake.

Be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder as well.

I'm truly upset about your company ! You advertised for $2.99 purchase for a short period of time.

Wich I chose to do to assist me in creating a nice resume. Only to learn that your company is taking $35.99 out of my account ! I never agreed to that. I'm contacting my bank and the attorney general's office concerning this matter.

I've tried calling the 853-213-0348 number and can't get an answer.
