Full refund and discontinuation of the company's "convenient" auto renewal policy. Auto renewal policies are predatory. If the company will not discontinue this practice, their integrity remains in question. Be upfront about pricing. Free means free.

HELP My Perfect Resume scamed me

They said for 2.95 I could use their resume and then two weeks later they took all my money from my account ($40) I was in the grocery line and cannot even buy groceries. This is a horrible thing to do to someone. Please help me get my money back!!! How do I report such a misleading internet scam?? There must be a way to get my money back that was wrongfully taken I can trying to contact them and can't I just can not believe I would get scammed like this I never thought they would mislead people so.

I spent three hours making my resume its free they say on the site then When you finish it get ready to download it they want to charge 2.95 for Acess to edit or up date it soory mama didnt raie nofool i didnt give them my Card info and told these *** i wasnt going to either so tried speaking On tht live chat *** that person was as dumb as the the verison sales peopleany they wont take take pay pal and i think no i know its because they cant run your account up behind your back now when i try to get ahold of someone they say thier system doesnt reconize my email i now why its csuse i didnt give them acess ro rip me off instead of my perfect resume it should be your perfect nightmare ive made a copy of this and plan on sharing it with everyone i know and everyone i dont people need to be warned about about this organization so it wont happen to you or someone you know

The ability to print, email, or download your resume and cover letters are features included in our paid subscription and not listed as a feature of the free account. You can download a plain text version of your resume for free.

At this time, we do not accept PayPal as a mode of payment, however we accept Visa, AMEX, Discover, Mastercard and if you do not have a credit or debit card, you can also purchase a subscription with a registered Visa gift card. You can find these types of cards at a local grocery store. Your purchase is an international transaction, so long as the card does not say "Valid only in the US" on it, the payment should go through.

Scam watch out!!!! | My Perfect Resume review from Schaumburg, Illinois

Got the 14 trail for a small fee. Lost access after 14 days yet they charged me for 2 months. One month was $35.80 for the month of December 2014. This is a scam company taking advantage of good people looking for work. I'm a Iraq Veteran that was looking for work and got scammed for over $60. If you have been scammed make sure to report them to the BBB like I will. Costumer service didn't even care to help me or give me a break on the issue they canceled and collected my money. Hope they don't last much longer.

Our toll free line is 1-855-213-0348; representatives are available M-S 6am-midnight EST. You can also cancel by logging into your account and clicking on the Name link. Then click on My Settings then Subscription and you can choose to cancel your subscription. You can also cancel your subscription by emailing your subscription cancellation request to customerservice@myperfectresume.com.

Once your subscription is canceled, you'll receive an email confirmation. Often auto emails can get picked up as spam or junk mail. Be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder.

Additionally, you can click live help to chat with us online to request we cancel your subscription.
