I cancelled my subscription in November. They charged me each month on my AMEX thereafter.

I had to call and fight every month. Recently they claimed that my subscription was cancelled in JULY. They are the worst thieves out there. Complete and total scumbags.

There customer service reps are clueless and here is an interesting 'fact': They have a policy of only refunding a maximum of three months - WTF They should be put out of business and thrown in jail.

I have wasted so much of my time contacting them via e mail and phone. I suspect many people do not check their AMEX bills thoroughly and the charge slips through - this is how they make money.
