My Perfect Resume - Deceptive billing
I didn't notice the charge for 7 months. They can see I haven't used the service since the initial sign-up.
No receipt of charge or email advice that they will commence billing now the trial has ended. I rang them and they reimbursed 3 months but that's not good enough.
Happy to wear a month as this was advised on the initial email, but any further charges were taken from my account in an underhanded manner. I would not recommend using this service, read the fine print carefully, and please leave comments for others if you get stung so they are forced to operate in an ethical manner.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $180.
My Perfect Resume Cons: Not clear on the subscription charges, Hard to use and no billing except intro.
