I needed to go back in and edit my resume on Charlene Smith, but was unable to do so.Nor would it allow me to create another resume.

I realized later that night that Charlene's job descriptions didn't download when I downloaded her existing resume earlier the same day. So, I need to cancel and hopefully start over again. Also, it's not allowing me to login to my account. I hope you can help me, I really do not want to have to type all of that information over.

And of course, now I'm being forced to type at least 100 words. Really?
