I purchased trial which I had no problem paying not realizing that I've been being charged every month for something I'm not even using called customer service to cancel unfortunately the months that were debited out of my credit card will not be refunded it's kind of crazy to be charged 25 dollars for nothing unfortunately didn't read find print before signing up guess that's how they make there money ripping people off beware when u sign up Its crazy that these companies take advantage of people but it's not shocking guess they need to eat go but seems like a lot of people experience the same issues with thus company

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Being overcharged for something not worth the value.

it literally says it will charge you $24.95 after 14 days. NOT in fine print. just learn to read and then you won't have anything to cry about.


Perhaps this learning experience will cause you to carefully peruse and verify each and every charge/debit on your monthly statements. Now you know.
