I try to login after creating a 14 day subscription and it doesn't load. I already put in the work made a really good resume and especially if this is a paid service I expect this to just work.
Next step is figuring out how I can delete my subscription I get charged for more than my 14 day 3 dollar subscription I get my money. And it better be a full refund otherwise I can consider to be a very poorly made service that has terrible customer experience.
Customer experience is super important as a resume builder and this service is eating up my time when I could be spending that time actually applying to my desired job. There is no excuse for it to be so hard for me to login what is up.
