I too was decieved i put in for the one time trial basis for this app less than a month ago my card has been build for the $1.95 and a $29.95 fee less than a week ago now today $59.95 i have been decieved tremendously and i need all my money back plus i been canceled the subscription after my 14 day trial let along i didnt ask or know bout any monthly subscription i came for help and this is what i get oh hxxx no i need my fxxxxx money back.

The ability to print, email, or download your resume and cover letters are features included in our paid subscription and not listed as a feature of the free account. You can download a plain text version of your resume for free.

All of our subscriptions are auto-renewing. We state this on every page in the purchase process and we send a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal upon purchase.

We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings.

We are very committed to providing great customer service and again are very sorry that you had this experience. We take all feedback very seriously. It will be forwarded to our Marketing team.
