I signed up for $295 for the first 2 months.After 2 weeks, I was charged $35.80 on my card.
I was told-from a customer service center-somewhere in the world-from an associate named "Joseph" who peaked at almost being able to pronounce his own name, that I had not cancelled in time. He supposedly referred my "case" to the billing department.
I received an email from them stating once again that I had not cancelled in time.Dishonest company-what a gaff!
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problems with payment of my perfect resume cancellation policy. My Perfect Resume needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
