unfortunately i was one of the unlucky people that didnt notice this was happening to me for a year. i remember i paid $3.00 for a one time resume and thats it since thats all i needed.
these people NEVER EVER sent me an email with subscription confirmation or billing information. i have a spotify subscription and i always receive emails from them with the billing information. i failed to notice being charged $9.95 a month because i never got emails or any sort of notification saying im being charged. this is basically a scam and im so angry.
i feel stupid for not noticing sooner but i hope someone out there can learn from my mistake. do not pay a single cent to this website.

I paid $3.00 for one resume back in July. It's November now, and I just discovered they've been charging me $23.95 a month.
I'm livid since I never agreed to any monthly subscription and believed I was only paying $3.00 for one resume. I e-mailed their customer service and, unsurprisingly, never heard back. Their contact form on their website conveniently wasn't working, either. I was finally able to get in touch with somebody through their "live help" link and was informed that I definitely knew about the charges (which I totally didn't), and therefore wasn't entitled to a refund.
After putting up a fuss, they finally agreed to refund me for two of the months I was charged, but I'm skeptical of the supposed refund since I never got any e-mail verification of it. If you've been duped by them, I highly recommend calling your bank and reporting them as fraud, as well as reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Scammers preying on the vulnerable, disgusting and foul.

I paid a one-time fee for a resume I made, only to realize a few days later they stole $25 from me. I stopped it by limiting my account spending, but they have been desperately trying to keep stealing money from me for months.
You have to click through multiple pages to finally cancel it ("cancel" something you never even signed up for). They are so incredibly desperate and it's disgusting. They've been running this scam for years, it's revolting they are at the top of google when you're looking for a resume maker. Even if something seems legit, you really never know is what I've learned.
So many scammers out here it's *** disgraceful. *** this company.

As my titles says, it makes a decent resume however they charge you $23.95 a month after 14 days on the cheapest subscription so either copy it for free like I did (you can't directly copy until you go to edit each individual category) or get a prepaid visa that you have $3-4 left on and put it on that, instead of your actual credit or debit cards unless you may still need the subscription.

FALSE ADVERTISING

Their "free resume" - it doesn't exist. Hubby did the 'free resume' and there was no option other than to pay the $34.95 to access it.
What he didn't realise is you don't get the resume, it sits online on their server so to give it to someone you give them the link and they have to go view it WHAT A STUPID IDEA. Hubby didn't know this until he'd paid and tried to get a copy of the resume to include in his PRINTED APPLICATION FFS.
Already on the bones of our *** trying to get a job and you do this and not once but THREE PAYMENTS. Only the first was authorised.
Did he get the job NO because he HAD TO SEND A PRINTED VERSION.

I've been billed for six months or something I don't use

Apparently I signed up for a two week trial and didn't cancel so they're billing me $23.95 a month for the past seven months. They said since I didn't cancel the subscription trial. They can't refund anything but could give me back half of the monthly charge for February which would be $11.42
