I have attempted to cancel this service for three months now. Yet another 35.80 was deducted from my bank account.

It appears that they suck you in for the "free" special, and refuse to let go and jack up the rates to 35.80 a month for nothing more than a word processing program in which Word does a better job. They have refused to refund my money. Do not use this company they will just rip you off. I have found on the internet that there are many others in the same situation and same results that I am having to deal with.

Perhaps if I had done further research I could have saved over 250.00 dollars. Buyer beware

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Yes, I also lost from my account $35.80 every months and I don' t know how to protect for its. And how to get back my money or refund.

Because we are general worker not a pro.

and we make $8.50 per hours. I don't know what people not be kind.

Calling and spending more money on you people. It is really not fair that most people should be having such experiences.

Ripping off of the poor people. I am also a victim and I must say I am deeply disappointed. Improve on your services and be clear with the way you do things.
