I only authorized the 14 day trial period of $2.95 I did not authorize being automatically enrolled for $24.95 a month I requested a refund with a representative who I spoke to who was very rude. I would like a full refund or I will be disputing this with my bank and filing a Better Business Bureau claim.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
